Señoras Constructoras
From the neighborhood La Ensenada, 30 women joined together to form part of a group of builders. Through the group, each worker not only is capable of laying brick, but has achieved a greater social and economic independence, and enjoys living conditions more favorable to gender equality. Their knowledge is visible in the work done on their own houses and furniture within them. As well as women, the group also allows the participation of youths in difficult situations.
